Do Ngoc Sy has coordinated all 4C activities in Vietnam since 2009. This includes acting as a contact for 4C Members and potential members, linking stakeholders in the Vietnamese coffee sector with 4C Members and partners, facilitating co-funding projects, and coordinating and organizing training activities. He has a background in agronomy and holds a Master’s Degree in Rural Development from Chiang Mai University, Thailand.
He has over 15 years work experience in rural development and project coordination. Prior to joining the 4C Association, he worked for the DakLak Department of Agricultural and Rural Development, with a special focus on the coffee sector. He was also responsible for coordinating numerous ODA projects funded by Danida and GIZ.
