Van did her studies and post graduation in Russia and Austria. She has nearly 15 years of experience working in standardisation and certification. Before joining the 4C Association in January 2008, she worked with GTZ in a Small and Medium sized Enterprise (SME) Development in Vietnam. In this role, she was responsible, among other things, for the development of value chains.
Prior to that, Van worked with the TÜV Rheinland Group as the Chief Representative of the Group's operations in Hanoi, Vietnam. During her years in this position, Van realized hundreds of consulting projects on quality and productivity as well as performed a very large number of audits.
